Fees and payment options

Please check with me for current rate. I accept credit, debit, and HSA card payments.  Your card will be charged after each session. Fees are subject to change, but notice will be given at least 15 days prior to any fee increase.

Insurance information

I do not bill insurance. Some clients are able to receive partial reimbursement for sessions. In this situation, I am called an out-of-network provider. It is up to the client to inquire with his or her insurance company to determine whether you are eligible to receive reimbursement for my services as an out-of-network provider. I provide a super bill to the client at the end of each month that is required by most insurance companies to receive reimbursement. Even if you arrange to be reimbursed by your insurance company, you will still pay me in full for each session.

Intake paperwork

Once we set your first appointment, I will send you instructions via email for how to fill out all necessary paperwork online. Paperwork needs to be completed prior to our first appointment.
